Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To help us run smoothly and give everyone the best experience, we kindly ask for your help with the following:

  • Arrive a little early – Please try to come 5–10 minutes before your appointment, especially for parking on Brown Street. This helps us start and finish your session on time.

  • Need to cancel or reschedule? – No problem!
    Just let us know at least 2 hours before your appointment.

  • Late cancellations – If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment, there will be a 30% surcharge of the session cost.

  • No-shows – Missing your appointment without letting us know will result in a 50% surcharge.

Gift Card Policy

  • Gift vouchers purchased online with promotional pricing are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • After the 3-month period, the voucher will retain only the original purchase value, not the promotional service value.
    For example:
    If you purchase a $79 MIDYEAR SALE on 28 JUNE 2024
    (valued at $95 for a 1-hour massage), And redeem it after September  28, 2025, the voucher will be worth $79 toward any service.

  • Expired vouchers are still welcome within 3 years , but you may need to pay the difference if prices have changed.

Blue Royalty Card 

  • Please note that Royalty Cards issued before 2021 are no longer valid.

  • These cards were part of a previous management system, and we are not responsible for tracking or honoring points from that period.

  • It's now been over 4 years, and we appreciate your understanding as we’ve transitioned to a new system and structure.

Respect & Professional Conduct Policy

we are committed to providing high-quality healthcare and therapeutic massage services in a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

  • We kindly ask all clients to treat our team with respect and kindness.

  • We do not offer any sexual services. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will not be tolerated.

  • If a client engages in any form of disrespect or abuse, we reserve the right to ask them to leave immediately — with no refund.
