Enjoy free booking and cancellation up to 2 hours before your appointment. Card details may be requested to secure your booking, but no upfront payment is required. You can pay with cards or gift vouchers in the shop. We aim to provide a professional experience and a relaxing atmosphere with a smile!

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your appointment, especially for parking on Brown Street. way, you can dive right into your treatment and fully enjoy every moment!
*Late Cancellations
We understand life happens! However, if you need to cancel within 2 hours of your appointment, a 30% fee of the session cost will apply.
*No-Shows
If you happen to miss your appointment notice, a 50% fee will be charged.
